I usually get to the last corridor and get nailed by the guy on the left behind the chairs or right at the last corner when the guys have a shotgun :(

I got this achievement last summer. My friend who has 1000/1000 of Cod4 done it for me. I was amazed at how he done it in 3 go's. I Have got that but have not done the Ultimatum (Or whatever its called) Or deep and hard.
