Ear stretching / scalpelling

I want my ear like this guys

I have a normal ear piercing at the moment,
What procedures would i have to go to get this,

I want it like that, without streching the actual lobe much. just have the hole.

What (mm) roughly gauge is his?

What steps should i do it in / how etc.

His is about 8-10mm i'd say. If you svcaplel then it's gone but if you stretch it should sorta close up it you decide you don't like it. You basically gradually go boigger and bigger over time until it's your desired suze. I don't like them though :(.

taper it, that gauge looks about a 10. i'd say start going up to a 3, then 5, 8, 10. that's what i did.

Did you do this yourself? Over how many times, when did you know how to do it etc? Can i ask how much you spent on it after you got it how you wanted, did it hurt? details ha :D

well i stretched mine quite stupidly to a 10 in less than a week, i wouldn't advice doing this. i'd say strecth it to the next size, like once every 2 weeks? stretched it to 3, then 5, then 8 then to 10, so 4 times? it actually really does hurt. use moustiriser/lube when stretching it, cos it goes through easier.
i got most of the tapers of my friend, but they cost like £3 each, and plugs vary depending on what type you want.
