Not sure if this is the right section but I'm posting it here anyway. :)
Where did you first learn about how to create layouts and coding layouts etc?
+REP for helping. :)

+REP for helping. :)I learnt how to design by looking for good layouts and trying to take bits from various sites, sprucing them up and compiling them together. I learnt HTML and CSS through looking at web page sources. PHP I learnt from basic tutorials such as www.tizag.com/phpT (http://www.tizag.com/phpt)

Well I first got the hang of Photoshop with forum signatures, then expanded testing out layouts, designs and logos etc.

Tutorial wise, I used:

Tutorialized
Good-tutorials
ps-tuts
W3 Schools (Basic coding.)
webdesign-tutorials

Hope I helped.

In about 2004/5 I played Habbo and came across this forum and got interested in the web section so about mid-2005.

For slicing in tables:

www.slicingguide.com

It's amazing, very detailed guide...

For divs, I'm not sure, it's just something I picked up...
