+REP for helping. :)I learnt how to design by looking for good layouts and trying to take bits from various sites, sprucing them up and compiling them together. I learnt HTML and CSS through looking at web page sources. PHP I learnt from basic tutorials such as www.tizag.com/phpT (http://www.tizag.com/phpt)
Well I first got the hang of Photoshop with forum signatures, then expanded testing out layouts, designs and logos etc.
Tutorial wise, I used:
Tutorialized
Good-tutorials
ps-tuts
W3 Schools (Basic coding.)
webdesign-tutorials
Hope I helped.

That'll help me quite a bit.
My brother showed me the basics for Photoshop. Then I designed and looked at tutorials
