Topic.

Will I need a new processor or anything like that? My computer is pretty new, but the power supply is ONLY 160W and I can't install any of my good graphics cards on it until I get a new one. So I was wondering, if I do get a better power supply, will I need anything else?

assuming the motherboard is compatible with the graphics card - no.

You may need a new processor in order to unlock the full potention of the new card.

Potention, that's a new one.

Anyway, all you should need is a new psu however gaming also requires a decent processor...
