Okay:

Problem: Bugs in the VB forum, too many of them to go into detail.

Question: Can i somehow just backup the users on a VB forum? Just the users/usergroups and permissions.

Yes, go into phpmyadmin and select the users/usergroup table and export it.

When you go to backup in the admin panel just select the checkboxes which ae related to the user and usergroup tables and deselect the rest of them and you will then only get the ones you want.
