I feel stupid posting this over something very small... but I was thinking the forum designing, some technical questions get asked too and that isn't actually designing, any chance of a new name? :P

Sorry to make a big deal out of it, also if there is a thread for that can somebody link me to it?

I know in some ways "Forum Development" or something might suit it better but I don't think it is that important. Maybe if you could offer a suggestion for a suitable name it could be considered as you are correct although some people could argue that really the designing of the forum includes the technical aspects but I know what you mean. This might be tad pointless unless you have an idea for a suitable name which would describe the forum better? :)
