Hey basicially, people are always posting threads on what to do to keep healthy or get bigger biceps abs, the lot. Also people wonder what they can eat. Ill explain how to it all.

Keeping healthy

If you want to keep plain healthy on the inside and alright on the outside, then simply eat good foods forget the chocolate the sweets crisps etc. There are other foods which are healthier and nicer, i recommend moltloaf, crumpets (warbotons) muller light yogurts, pitta bread and weetabix minis (with chocolate chips in) if you still want a bit of a sweet taste . All of these are tastey and have barely any fat in, if you snack on these then i guarantee you wont you will stay healthy and slim. Now, i know everybody loves their takeaways but you need to cut it out have it if you really need it once every 2 weeks. You will need to do excerize though, but you will see that in my excersize section. Also try and use little butter and eat fruit! It fills you up, i recommend yogurt and banana. Also try to keep of the chips and pizza for dinner, try something else you'll be able to see if its relatively healthy by looking at the calories fat and sugers on the back of the packaging.

Keeping fit

Basicially, if you do all of that but do no excersize your just going to turn lanky, which if your a teenager not alot of girls like :P. So if you do a sport you should do it like 4 times a week thats if you do no other excersize, tip; if you swet its a good sign of possibly loosing calories. If you dont do sports i recommend going to the gym, try your best to go 3 the least but 3-4 times a week but for example go monday but leave tuesday then go wednesday etc, because your muscles need to relax a bit. Ofcourse if you want to go everyday but its always nicer giving youur muscles a rest. If your trying to loose weight then go on the tredmill alot, it burns alot of calories. The cross trainer, steppers, rowing machine etc are also very good too. These days teenagers wantbig mucles and six packs, but try not to do loads of weights because it can stun your growth. To get nice pecks, a pack, i recommend doing situps, crunches and pressups everyday, start of with little amounts, but then increase the amounts you do. First though before you do any crunches etc, you need to loose the fat on your stomach that if you do have quite a bit of fat on you. Also pull ups are very good, hard, but worth it. It takes a while to gain muscle and abs so be patient and eventually you'll be fit and healthy and have a good looking body!

I hope this helps any of you who needed the extra advice.

Shows you know nothing about exercise doesn't it? You say your muscles need a rest yet you're telling people to do crunches, pullups, situps every single day? Mmm... Eating is correct though.

You should take the days off in between as its not whilst you exercise your body builds muscle its whilst you rest.
