how do u move furni up a level

It is called stacking. Basically you put furniture like "mode z shelfs" and put the furniture you with to stack and remove the z shelf. There are many other types of stacking though, I'm not that familiar with it, you could try with the habbox help desk or wait for a reply. Sorry and thanks :)
