either HDMI (if your pc supports it) or VGA.

PC Interface: VGA (HD-15)

Usa a VGA. Connecting a PC via HDMI sucks for quality.

That's a DVI port. You'll need a DVI to VGA converter, did the card not come with one?

+Rep anyway,

I don't recommend using HDMI for it, and you'll have to either run the sound through your PC speakers or buy a 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male to connect your PC to TV for the sound.

DVI to VGA http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cabling4Less-DVI-VGA-HD15-Adaptor/dp/B000FII810/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1216563798&sr=8-1
For audio to TV http://www.amazon.co.uk/3-5mm-Stereo-Plug-Mtrs-Gold/dp/B0007OC94Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1216563867&sr=1-1
VGA cable http://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-Pro-Monitor-Replacement-Cable/dp/B0000B1K4E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1216563925&sr=1-1

5m should be plenty. Shorter ones are cheaper though.

No that's an adapter, it sounds like you won't need one as you have one already.

Yeah. Basically you're just using the TV as your monitor.
