For the last several years (not sure when it started), every night, or almost every night, it involves being chased in/around my house by something, or i'm trying to get away from something, I might not be being exactly chased. Anyway, I ALWAYS go to my bedroom and press the button to open my window and jump out to escape, then I run down my road.
It happens like every night, the exact same sequence, just slightly different (like something different chasing me, but always the window) and its pretty wierd.
So yeah, any explaining? :P

Dreams of being chased normally are caused by anxiety, stress, or pressure in your life. Read up on it here : LINK (http://www.analysedreams.co.uk/DreamsOfBeingChased.html)

That wasn't a joke, you could be like me and dream things that are going to happen a short time away, I mean I was, what 10 when I dreamt my house would get burgaled. One week later it was.
Oh and btw, in before "liar" etc.

It could be a warning.
I had a recurring dream & it happened tbh.
But not exactly the same.
Most dreams contain messages that serve to teach us something about ourselves. Unfortunately many a times we forget what we dream about as we go about our daily routine. With recurring dreams, the message may be so important and/or powerful that it just will not go away. The frequent repetition of such dreams forces you to pay attention and confront the dream. The dream is trying desperately to tell you something. Such dreams are often nightmarish or frightening in their content, which also helps you to take notice and pay attention to them
Go to a DR, sometimes they can interpret your dreams and help you stop them.
Good luck (Y)
If not, try looking for 'dream experts' blogs or something on the net.
