I have an unused SIM card that is good to go. Is it possible for me to activate that SIM card with Rogers on a PAYGO plan, and get the $7.00/month unlimited browsing, for this unlocked GSM iPhone (Firmware 1.1.3 unlocked)? With the CDMA carries here (Bell Aliant) I tried to do this with an HTC Touch, and they told me I needed a voice plan/business plan. However Rogers uses SIM cards, so this is why I think it might be possible.

I doubt the $7 unlimited browsing is going to have the same transfer rate as a data plan, but would it work for using Agile, Safari, E-mail, biteSMS, and all the other applications that require internet?
