You can adjust the little switch to set it to different paces, when you put it to max, you hardly notice but some people do.
You cant get banned as it doesnt violate any of microsoft's polices but if many people file a complaint against you then you can get banned but all you have to do is phone Microsoft and then you'll get unbanned, tell them you have a fast-finger.
People dont even bother with complaints anymore.
