OK, before i start on the blue version of the layout. I just want to know how i can improve this layout. I know this is basic, but i think its much more better than the old one. I don't know if this will be the next layout of RayDeeOhh, but i just want some feedback on the layout, and bits on where i can improve.
I +Rep users who give some great or detailed bits on where i can improve.

It is too bright and it's too simple, it hurts my eyes to look at and it's overall not appealing.

The thing is it's pink. The style isn't todays market. Take a look at this http://sixrevisions.com/web_design/16_sites_web_design_inspiratio/

None of the styles featured in any of the webstes featured on that website is 'todays market' either because it has to be unique.

So sir, may I ask why you are directing him to sites with sites on because in which case, his design will not be unique...

Nah, I love that article but the best one I found isn't on there: www.webcreme.com

Not nice colours. Stop using habbo related fonts. It'd be better if you hire a designer, who will design a layout for you, while you learn designing.

Sorry, but I don't like (a lot of us don't) it. It looks too similar to a Habbo layout, and well isn't suited to be a radio site layout.

For starters: the Habbo font. Stop using it, delete it form your hard drive. It's too big and it's distorted. It just yells out Habbo to most viewers.

The banner: it needs a lot more detail. Some text and a gradient won't do it. Add some images, some brushes. Also add some effects to the text such as drop shadow, glow, etc. (if you're using Photoshop).

The content: bcreative, don't just use lines to sperate things. Try adding icons (from famfamfam) at the bottom of each post stating the date or something. Maybe add a width-wise gradient to the lines to make them a little more appealing.

Footer: add one. A simple 100% width footer would look good, maybe in a shade of grey/dark grey. Then add a black stroke and an inner glow (white) to emphasize the stroke.

It has a lot of potential, I would make it a little bigger though. Try changing the pink to a blue as well, that may look better. Good luck.

Points;

Get rid of the font.
Use more colour.
Pink is horrid.
Rubbish gradients.
Needs fun pictures.
Take a look at websites for inspiration.
