Sam 2 broadcaster - MYSQL Connection

When I loaded Sam2 broadcaster today it said it don't recognise my MySQL Connection Parameters and that I had to make sure MySQL was running and my login was correct yet I cant get onto sam 2 broadcaster without doing this? I can't see what I've done wrong tho.
