How do you code a Vbulletin Skin?

I know thats not a very detailed question but how is it coded?

do you just code a layout like you normally would in Divs etc?

sorry if i sound like a noob :P

If you have any links for tutorials please post :D thanx
also how much do Basic VB Skins - not coded go for on this forum roughly???

You can just upload the images/gradients to your site and put links/edit via styles manager (see the tut in this section) but for good/detailed skins you need to know css etc.

ok thanx can u edit the width of the actual forum to be like hffms and be a certain width and not 100% or whatever it is default or is that in the skin itself??

say i buy a Vbulletin License - At vbulletin.org do they have all the stuff then like shoutbox ect ??? Arcade and Casino or is that found at other places?

once you buy a license on vbulletin (vbulletin.com), you can go on the forum (vbulletin.org) which has all the mods, styles and anything else you wish to find available to download.

Do not buy one without proper hosting, domain and know how to do most things, else you wasted alot of money!

yh ill probz just put it as a /forum on habboplex.com that hosting is bought from tech-hosts or i might a domain it depends how much money i got at the time :P if i do though ill buy from same place i have got at the moment

im pretty sure i know how to do things ive been looking round a lot of guides etc.. its just a skin really :P

Excuse me, you can't learn php/html/css/divs in a few months.. You're new to coding, and recently I've seen you requesting for help a lot.

vBulletin skins are in CSS & DIVS, so you can do it then can't you, "smart-alec"

i know i cant learn in a few months php/html etc but i only started coding a few months a go and have successfully made a DJ panel using PHP and Mysql. I have only learnt what i needed to know if u know what i mean i havnt learnt all php just whats needed to create DJ Panel!

I know ive learnt some advance techniques without first learning the basics but i am learning :D

terrior, vb.org is the mod and style site whereas .com is the actual forum software!
And.. you can change the width in template modification :P and all style options or something!
