I've been once before but when we went we had to queue as we'd only bought the normal tickets online.

But this time we're planning on going up at about 12:30am so we can see enw york at night and we're going to buy the express tickets so we can skip all the queues however does anyone know if the tickets can be used at any time or are they timed tickets ie you have to go at a certain time?

They re-opened the 102nd floor obsvervationd eck in nov 2005, just after we went so we're hopingg to go to that too :3

The 86th floor observation deck is the one you can go outside on but the 102nd floor one is actually in the spire!!

102 floors, that's pretty high up. Should make for some fantastic viewing and photos.
