Layout Needs Coding

I need a layout coded as you know. It's a fairly simple layout. Needed for HabPlace.com

What Does It Look Like?
I haven't uploaded a preview as it's easy for people to rip. You could compare it to ClubHabbo or BobbaHappens.net as it uses the same time of navigation at the top.

Requirements!
Basic requirements. Coded in HTML. The navigation needs the drop down type which the examples above also use.
