Umm..
The best bit would probably be the hair, Which is extremely easy.
The dress, Just looks messy, The black lines you used is far too think, It's always 1px for habbo.
What's with the big black splodge at the bottom? - Is it supposed to be a shadow? if it is...Then you need to use a grey tone which is about the same width of the shoulders. (I forgot the actuall size).
RATING: 2/10 Sorry.
Erm it's ok i spose but she looks to small for her height ;)

Thanks for the tips,
But its one of those dresses like at the red carpet, with weird stuff on the bottom, have absoultly no clue what its called....
Im going to do it on a normal computer and not on a laptop to work on it a bit...

I like it but it could be detailed better and the dress is a bit too long for her heighth.

Its better than my first alt. :) When I didn't know what shading, habbo imagers and recolours were. :P
For your first - 8/10 But it did make me laugh.. Sorry.
I don't like how graphic designers think there so much better than everyone else, because I really only ever see the graphic designers being as negative as this.
I think, for a first alt it's good because it's been changed alot, I like the hair too :) I wasn't sure about the shadow though.
