I found this myself while lurking on some sites
Apparently Schnieizel follows Lelouch & Suzaku into the place were they meet and then he records the conversation and plays it to the Black Knights. After hearing that Lelouch is royalty of Britannia, the rebel against him or Schenizel has used his geass to make them rebel.
