My 2005 ed mic broke a week back and went out to buy another the other day. Get into the shop, and there's some **** mics. Come back with one, plug it in, and it echos and makes some funny noise when I move. Is this meant to happen.

Does any shops on the high streets sell the 2005 ones anymore?

Lasted me 3 years and this one only 4 days.

go on ebay, buy a decent stereo-wired one for like £5-£6
blocks out sound from outside environments aswell, good.

What Greg said, they are turtle beach style ones with big earmuffs, I wouldn't recommend it too much.. My bros broke after two days and Bren's lasted a few hours then broke. I'd get a wireless, I've had it 3 months now and no problems, it's great. :)

I had two ones that worked sometimes and didn't othertimes, so I got 2 new ones of Xbox and they hardly work either. So I ended kicking one and it broke in half.
