I've been searching everywhere on the internet and I can't seem to find a website or program that allows you to design a habbo room, it doesen't make furni for you or anything like that. just a sketch of what you can design when it comes to decorating your real habbo room. and which of course, it includes all of the furni you would like. so you could basicly make a dream room you've always wanted.
does anyone know if one is being made or if one is already made? I think everyone who plays habbo would love that idea, good if you want to design a new casino, theme rooms. or anything!
I don't think this has been made as there is not much of a demand for it. :)
You could be the first to start though
hasn't www.habbotools.de got one?

Habbolake.com had one.
I can post how I did it (not my code though) if that'll help you?

There was a flash one someoen posted a few years back on here, it wasn't very good (I haven't seen any that are to be honest). For one thing it's hard to keep up with all the new furni they're adding so it'd require updating often.

You can do it via PHP and JS.
At least, that's what I was told.

Habbopress could/is just a dynamic drag and drop script, I used to use one on one of my websites.

There was one created with PHP that had the grids on the room floor so it kind of 'stuck' to that grid like it does on Habbo, you can't place it anywhere etc.
Habbo Tools .de had it, I'll try and get it for you.
You can make an easy script to make a room. Rob made one for HabboMedia, wasn't advanced but could put furni anywhere in the room to make it.

Those were the type that was just drag and drop so the layering was dodgy and you could put anything anywhere. The advanced ones actually stick the furniture to the square.
