Don't want to be a spoil sport but check vBulletins terms and conditions, loaning out a license is not allowed (not sure about if it's owned but this license isn't owned and you're definitely not allowed to loan that out).

That screenshot means nothing if it doesnt have anything to prove that he owns it. Like a name or something else it could be someone elses that he's just used the picture from.
