Shouldn't you be like hi kyle, i meen jimmy if your pretending you fell for it.
Anyway 99 fishing is not the fastest skill in the world and can become quite boring but if you get addicted you can get it within a couple of months but if your not as experienced as a skiller or you are planning on making a level 3 the time it takes may double as you will be limited.
