I found a 'buy now' on ebay, with under £60, it was an Asus, but I was too late. :(

If I were you I would certainly not purchase a monitor without seeing it first in real life, to determine how good it is. Also, I recommend you not purchase a monitor from an eBay seller or online website, because (and this is IF the eBay seller even has a stuck/dead pixel policy) if you get a stuck or dead pixel, then you have to send the monitor away for three weeks for them to fix it, this has happened to me before with a laptop, and I ended up not sending the item back to be repaired, because even though it would have been free to have it repaired, shipping costs were not worth it.
