Thats a good idea but it will cause alot of hassle over something a bit pointless and how will it deal with the people calling, you might be in a race and you get this message come up, that will make some people really angry and then they will spam that message thing like crazy.

Look a really great idea its could make more simplicity over habbo but still some time not all the team of tech is on and they his about 100 message for the tech team in like 10 min wow that will still make harder!
