WARNING** This is a popular scam, people do come into the rooms saying.. type your password it comes up as ****. It DOES NOT come up like this.. I have tryed it in a room while I was alone, I am telling you it doesn't work. The scammer will note your password and username and then quickly sign into your account and change your password, this way he/she has time to clear out all of your furni and credits. DO NOT SHOUT OUT YOUR PASSWORD! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

P.S If someone does appear in the room saying this inform all of the visitors to the rooms and tell them it is a scam then report the person straight away as it can be stopped by moderators and habbo hotel staff.

i see alot of these too, but when the scammer has access to the username and password, i dont think they can change the password because it requires a date of birth i think.

the scammer prob would log on when the person is offline or something..

They shouldn't because if your password was something like habbox10, and someone said habbox, it could star it and everyone would be wondering what was said.

This one is nearly as old as habbo itself!. unless the number is over 6 characters it wont come up as Bobba.

Best thing to do in this situation is to give them a fake password, tell them u got 100t and lead them on :P
