Hey, I can code HTML, but this is the first time I have coded a layout from scratch. It's extremely simple, so crtiscism is accepted.

First layout.

I'm going to make the navigation bar into an image map and make it have rollovers, so I'm making a CSS now.

The design is actually quite good but your coding is dodgy and is coded in tables so I won't even bother commenting on that.
Try coding in Div's and use CSS for the formatting ;).
By the way, you may want to consider using one <body> tag aswell as closing it at the bottom ;).

Whoops. I swore i saved it with the expandable one.

Anyway, I'm new to HTML so some things I'm unable to do at the minute, so nobody else comment please. :P
