I am the owner of a webdesign company and we have designed a web panel for clients to use and it is going to be completed soon and I need one or two reliable beta testers to test it for me...

But I really see no point in beta-testing this? Although you could ask a few people to test it. No need to advertise.
Also, your site is bloody awful. - You offer web design, do yourself a decent site.

Plain, boring doesn't excite me much. You're meant to excite the client make him/her feel welcome to the site. Make it outstanding.
You probably made it in paint? It's a white rectangle on a orange background with a few lines and text.
