As far as I know (although never having used one) you don't need foam for an electric razer. In fact, you might not even be able to use it, as I think they're intended for dry shaves.

Why would it be weird? Your Mum and Dad are your family, they're there to help you. I'm sure your Dad wouldn't mind telling you.

Or i can just ask online

Wayne

Surely a neighbour would be quicker. Anyway, if it's electric don't use foam/oil and if it isn't electric you could use water/foam which makes the skin softer so the blade doesn't hurt as much as if you didn't use foam/water. Electric ones are usually better, but the normal ones are quicker and can get a closer shave.

Huh?
I tried it out didnt seem to make a diff
but when i took the top of it off ( where u would clean it )
a little bit of hair would come off

My friend had a similar one but his has a thing where u push it up and a blade comes up that cuts closer

But the part thats the same as mine seemed to make the "cutting noise"
When he demonstrated l0l

Ima have to ask what he got and get one similar :P

Or have my parents buy me a fancy electric one ;o

For a shaver like that you dont need water/gel/foam w.e

Only a blade one you need foam or gel

Shaver like you got should have a compartment that hold the hair its shaved of your face and sucked in.

So hes asked online to try and cover it up by saying his "peach fuss" has grown a bit too much.

I use the old, non-electric shaver, Just a stick of plastic with blades at its end :) Simple yet efficient.

If you want to be a rebel and 'live on the edge' so to speak. Grab a normal razor (manual) take the blade out of it and use that. You get a really fine shave because you can maneuver it wherever you want.

Guys he hasn't got much confiedence, anyway I don't use foam when using electric razor, but when using a normal one I always apply foam.

Whats wrong with a typical manual shaver?

Unless you have as much facial hair as a gorilla?

J0SH

No one said there's anything wrong with a manual one, he got a eletric one as a present and doesn't know how to use it hence this thread and everyone is going "manuals are better" etc.

I have to use foam, although without foam and just hydrating your face a bit, and then giving it a shave with a normal shaver is quite effective. Its the first time which is the worst.

I'm 17 and I do get quite a bit of hair on the face, don't be worried lol.

If you have enough hair to actually need to shave, just place the razor firmly at the top of the hair needing removed and sweep downwards.
