Well recently alot of mates have been saying, oh you're so skinny, are you okay, or are you ill.
I actualy eat alot, but i never put weight on.
Even the doctor said i was under weight. I'm not annorexic or anything, but still pretty skinny.
Anybody got tips.. or what. :]

How old are you? It's just your metabolism. Depending on your age it could change, but if not, you're stuck like that unless you work out, for instance, just to get the bigger frame, but if you're naturally small, it won't help all that much anyway.

Im not small as in my hiegh, just my wieght if you get me.
And proper skinny arms lol.

Tips? Uhh....Tips on what? How to put weight on or what? Tips on your weight in general is not specific enough. Tip on your weight: You are underweight. There's a tip.

Look at how many calories you eat per day. I know its fustrating but it helps sometimes.
and check up how much an average person of your age n height would eat.
Do a online bmi check to see if your under weight after a while instead of keep going 2 the doctors

What foods are in your diet? Just because you are eating a lot of chocolate (as an example) doesn't mean you'll put weight on. So what foods do you eat during the day? Meals & snacks.

I have the same problem. I'm not anorexic either but it got to the point where I felt so weak, I was unable to do P.E in school and my friends were forcing me to eat.
I seeked help (I blamed it on stress from an ill mother, which is true) and eventually I began to feel much better, much stronger, and I'm putting more weight on. I've put on about a stone, but I'm still around 8 stone.
I suggest drinking milk (if you don't) and just keep on eating.

I think my weight is okay and that i am fine, but then people point out oh you're so skinny then it hits me that i am really skinny.
What foods are in your diet? Just because you are eating a lot of chocolate (as an example) doesn't mean you'll put weight on. So what foods do you eat during the day? Meals & snacks.
It would depend really.
Sometimes i miss breakfast other times i'd have a bowl of something coco-pops or something. For dinner it would depend aswell, probally like a sandwhich (ham+lettuce etc). For tea i normally have a cooked meal, although sometimes i'd just munch ^.^
I have an alright diet to be honest, i don't constantly eat chocolate bars other wise i'd be covered in spots lol.

So yeah im super skinny ¬.¬

I think its where you digest food quicker than other people.
I have a fast metabolism, so I stick to one weight most the time.
But because you are digesting the food quicker, you don't put on any fat.
I think anyways :P
And yea, you don't come on msn much now do you?

Nah, just because you have a fast metabolism doesn't mean you won't put fat on, because your body fat percentage can still rise, but you just won't see "shape" or form.
Try eating foods high in protein & working out, it will get you bigger. And eating more than 3 meals a day helps, I'm currently on 5 meals a day.

If you eat alot, including a range of different foods like carbs, protein etc then i wouldnt worry about. Its probably just your metabolism.
