Banned for something that happened outside habbo!

ive logged in for the first time in about a year and my accounts been banned for so called "making rude comments about habbo staff members on a forum"
this is stupid as all i said was " that queer guy on player support"
also what right do they have to bann me for something that happened OFF habbo? this is stupid as i had like 90+ thrones..

Just keep calling and explain that they can't ban you for saying somthing OFF Habbo thats like me saying <Staff member here> is the <curse here> in the world in school and being banned.

State to them that they cannot ban you for what happened outside the client as they do not have any recored proof/evidence backing up their allegations and nor do they have any proof linking you to the person who made the 'remarks' as they were done externally and anyone could have been impersonating you.

Just submit an appeal via Habbo Help Tool, phoning doesn't get you any further than emailing. I think that's quite a stupid reason because they're professionals and shouldn't take opinions from teenagers to heart. If they can't deal with criticism they shouldn't be in the job. Forums are there to discuss. Explain everything in an email and hope for the best, being rude to them won't get you anywhere either.

thats exactly what happened! i " supposedly" made a comment about them on this forum, and they banned me for it! but this is the same habbo staff member that stole my pagen pillar when there was only 1 in the hotel. so maybe he has it in for me.? iduno lol

And I seriously don't understand how you can get banned for calling someone that.. lots of people on this forum have probably said something like you said but they haven't been banned, call them up and tell them why you think you shouldn't be banned, you shouldn't really be asking for help on it.

It is related to habbo because you posted it on a habbo forum in a habbo section of the habbo forum. It's only virtual furni, is it really that important.

And someone mentioned earlier on that the furni is rented from sulake so it isnt illegel, well you had to BUY credits to rent the furni so it probably is!

I don't get how they could know the forum account in question was you. I mean just because it may have had the same username means nothing.

If that's all they had to go on, any one of us could make a Habbox account called Lost_Witness and say similar things.. I doubt Lost_Witness would be banned :rolleyes:.
