doing a repair to my msn by clicking repair on windows live messenger on programmes and features because my msn wouldn't let me on itd troubleshoot and everything was perfect
so it said it needs a network resource which isn't availible which was;
C:\Users\kyle\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DI00.617\
and it isn't working.
any help?
i wanna go on msn i tryed reinstalling it dont work so this must?

What error do you actually get?, post a screenshot as you're not being very clear.

You won't be able to repair it.
Unistall the program, and then download the installer again and install it from that.
If that doesn't work, it's not an error on your end. It must be something wrong with MS's servers

Windows Key + R
Type: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Restart MSN
If that doesn't work:
Launch Internet Explorer
Click Tools and then click Internet Options.
From the Internet Options dialogue box, go to the Connections tab.
Click LAN Setting. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN checkbox.
Make sure you have ticked: 'Automatically detect settings'.
Google the error code, it should help.

Depends on who your with, your windows one is in control panel :)
Yea it says your firewall may be blocking it
If your using your windows firewall, goto
Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall
Then choose "off" and select ok.
- Maybe a LIL different if you are using Vista as I am using Windows XP.
