Complaint to Sulake.

I complained to Sulake, heres my email.

Dear Habbo UK Offices,

I am writing to complain on behalf of everyone in the Welcome Lounge at 00:15am, at this time, MOD-Extreme randomly warned everyone in the public room for Harrasment. I can asure you that no one was breaking the Habbo Way or being over the top. A Quote from MOD-Extreme said "If you do it again, PERMED!" he goes on to say "If any of you want to play games, then go on but I will knock you off your podium and beat you!" it was something around that area, please check the chatlogs for around 00:05am to 00:20am on August 10th 2008.
I find this digusting that he wasnt polite to any of us and treated us like dirt.

MOD-Extreme showed inappropiate behaviour to members of Habbo Hotel UK, I feel that he shouldnt deserve to be a Moderator after the act he showed to us in the Welcome Lounge., It is outrageous that this particular Moderator has no manners and thinks he is superor than any habbo just because he has powers.

Thank You for reading my complaint and I hope for the necessary actions to be taken towards this Moderator.

A call for help is needed for the chat log to be recorded, staff won't have anything to check up on so no action can be taken.

No, when a call for help is sent, the chat log for the last minute in that room is sent with it, otherwise the chat log is lost forever. No action can be taken because there is no chat log as proof. Sending a call for help now won't do anything.

Could someone clear up what is the big problem here?
I fail to see it.

If it's that he threatened the whole WL with Perming, then it could be a slight over-reaction to a CFH he received. [ You never know what ppl are saying as they whisper ]

And when he says "i will knock you off ur podium and beat you", don't you think he means beat you as in he'll get a better score than you? Thus knocking you off the podium because he's better than you at the game. Rather than actually threatening to actually beat you up and stuff...

But i could totally be missing the point here.. im way tired.
But yeah could someone just clear it up for me cuz atm i really dont see a problem.

I don't really see the problem here and I aplogise, but all I can see is there was a fair few words said around that time either by whisper/you wasn't paying attention and you was at the wrong place and the wrong time. His other part means he will play with you lot in some games and win. :)! Btw, why would you wanna get someone fired, it could be his only job :(

Aye, MOD-Extreme does abuse his rights. Someone got permed for life because they made a joke about one of their friends on webcam. I myself got a warning for mearly quoting what they said. Quote marks included. And another of my friends got 24 hour banned for *Licking* someone.
Then MOD-Extreme comes into the room we was in. Because we was using the Call for Help tool to ask for justification for these bans. He comes in makes some remarks about how stupid we was, And he suggest we would stop. Then leaves so we cant even ask why we was banned in detail. He knows exactly what he is doing. He came in and warned us not to us Cfh or we would get banned, then left the room, so the only way we could contact him to reply to the comments he said in the room would be through the Call for help tool. Atleast he is living up to his name. His actions are Extreme indeed.

Also people on this thread have been saying we cant prove what he done in the incident before. But would the chatlogs be on file this time because of our abuse of the Cfh tool?
