Both good prices I'd say, the first one translates to £72 (Sterling) and I think that's a reasonable deal, remember you need to buy either a SD or XD Card for the camera though otherwise it can't store the photos, 2GB should be sufficient for about 400 photos. It should cost from 10-26 NZ Dollars.

Philips are a good brand and it seems an alright iPod Dock, it's £42 which is an alright price too so I'd go ahead with it :)
