Comments: I saw someone buy green bird baths for 4.5, maybe he really needed it? I feel that the habbox value of this item of rare is quite accurate, it sometimes sells higher than the habbox value and sometimes sells below.

BLACK MONOLITH

Comments: I've seen these monoliths selling below the habbox value a few times, not many people are willing to buy at 1.5. maybe people prefer buying laser gates? i mean the blue laser has decreased in price to 1.2 now, so people would probably prefer to buy a blue laser than a black monolith.

HOLO GIRL

Comments: Some people are trading hologirls the same price as holoboys, mainly in bulk though with a mixture of hologirls and boys, so I feel that people don't mind buying hologirls at the same price as holoboys.

I find it hard that you've managed to find 3 different values for all three items. (We do see different, but I don't think its really that possible unless you spent a lot of time finding them).

The layout and colours are great though.

Well, Habbox looks at how much people buy and sell rares for to set their values, so I'm not sure that's the right way round lol.

But if demand goes up, price goes up too...

That would mean that some values in this report are outdated, no? Try to just collect values for one day, two days max. Some values fluctuate a lot in a week.

The values are relatively accurate, taking into account that some are around a week old. It's also nice to see that you've tried to be fair and add your own value in, but there are many other trades that go around and we all see different things!

Quite surprised that you've only managed to get values for three rares in a week, but quality over quantity. Keep up the work.

lol you've got it all wrong.. i tend to look for values above and below.. if not i dont report that value.. some took a week too e.g. the hologirl, i only saw it sell for 1.3 once until yesterday.. so i added that in..

Nice layout, but i have never seen the Bird bath sell for over 4.0 but we all see different trades so good work :)

I Kinda agree with Gapu i have not seen a green bird bath sell over 4.0 o well but we all see diffrent trades so well done, nice report and nice layout.

as they can change, and be outdated, then there useless.
