Could you possibly code my layout for me?

[Thai-Man-Land]

I've spent the last month trying to slice and code layouts using tables in fireworks and dreamweaver, but I keep getting the same results:

about 1000 tables, within each other, and a garbled mess!


This is an old layout I made, it is already fully coded in iframes, but I wish to upgrade, and I would be very greatful if someone could code it for me, as frankly, I have no idea!
