No, not an advertisement! :)
I'm talking about an actual uploader, for your users to upload their images!

Here is what it is going to look like, under the misc options!

It even auto copies onto your clipboard, that way you can just paste it into the quick reply box!
These instructions are for vBulletin only! Although it works for any forum, or any site that supports an iframe.. these instructions are for vBulletin.
Steps:
1. Log into your admin cp, and click on Styles and Templates, then Style Manager.
2. For the theme that you want to add the uploader on, select in the drop down box "Edit Templates".
You should see a whole list of template groups now.
2. Click the "[« »]" on the "New Posting Templates".
4. To add the box to the reply page, click edit on the bullet point that says "newreply".
5. Hit Ctrl+F and search for 'misc' (without the quotes), now you should see a fieldset, scroll down to </fieldset> (and you should see a </if>)
6. Add this code below </fieldset> or </if>
<fieldset class="fieldset"><legend>Upload your images to TehUpload</legend>
<div style="padding:$stylevar[formspacer]px">
<iframe src="http://www.tehupload.com/api.php" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" width="400" height="70"> You must
have an iframe-compatable browser to view the TehUpload upload form.</iframe></div></fieldset>
7. Click Save
8. To add the uploader to the new thread page, click edit on "newthread"
9. Repeat steps 5, 6, 7
Tell me if you have any problems :)
