The Polls on the front page

In future can you add a way to get rid of it without voting? I don't use that upload thing nor do I plan to but I had to vote to get rid of it.

There should be a option you can click when you don't want to vote, something like "No Opinion" or "Don't Want to Vote". Because I normally vote on thees but I don't use the upload site so I cannot vote on this one.
