It could just be that you signed on when there was actually only 15 people on, then more Habbos signed on, entered the room, but your counter never updated yet :P

It updates each 15 minutes, so obviously it hasn't updated from when the hotel just opened.

It's a load of lies! There's only 15 people on Habbo, the rest are bots :O! Probably a really bad update, or the statistics aren't updating correctly, unless Habbo has just come back from maintenance :P
