Yummy. It's one of my new all-time favourite foods. Pasta with cheese sauce and ham/bacon pieces. :D!

I've had it, but to make myself feel less guilty of eating it I add some chopped up courgettes :P

Yes, its originally made with Tagliatelle, cream, eggs and proscuto (sp) ham.

Whisk all the wet ingredients, pour over pasta, mix it up (cooks the eggs) add a little bit of the cooking water if it looks drty.
