thats not true. I forgot my pw on my old account, all you got to do is email them saying you forgot ur DOB and have no record of what ur DOB is as long as you provide the other correct info they'll let you have it back. Just because you forgot your DOB they won't let you have it back thats untrue. How is not knowing ur DOB against the rules? :l

Use the help tool, providing you can answer enough questions to prove that the account is genuinely yours, then I think player support will tell you the date of birth you registered with.

Let's break it down, "you WOULD need to know your password" thus emplies that YOU believed he DID NOT have said password.

It does say ALL info it says it somewhere in help, but i think if you try your best and get something like that right, they will give you it.
