lol, I havent got a clue, maybe Sailor Moon but the Sailor Moon animation looks old so I doubt thats it.

Maybe Shakugan no Shana. I don't think it's Cardcaptors or Sailor Moon. You should ask on forums.animesuki.com, they'll definitely know.
