Is it true like if you have gone to the gym, worked out or done a few like curnches, and press ups, that you should miss a day, then do it the next day, then miss another day, then carry on like that.
I heard the extra day is to let your muscles grow :/
I this ture ? ><
I work out every other day..
and yeah it's something like your muscles grow when you're resting after the workout.

Ahh Ok.
I was just wondering if missing a day was helping, or wasting a day.
so thanks :)
I'm not sure if it's wasting a day but you could always do like:
Monday, Tuesday Thursday, Saturday - workout
Wednesday, Friday, Sunday - Rest
if you feel like you could be doing more on those days that you're not working out (of course you can change the days around to whatever fits you best.. but that's just an example)

I currently do:
Monday - Workout
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Workout
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Workout
Saturday - Workout
Sunday - Workout
The cardio is an intense football training session and workout is a 2 hour gym workout using weights & dumb-bells.
I'm finding it is doing me no harm and I'm getting lots of sleep at night to aid repair.
