can someone give me a coded layout with expandable iframes

I have tried using a free coded layout without iframes which took to long so I tried to convert to iframes but that mucked up the whole thing I tried positioning it every way I know but it didn't work so can any one give me a coded layout with iframes please its a habbo fan site of course lol but any one kind enough to give me one for free please I will rep to any one who helps as well
