Been amazing today. We really have a shot at third overall and we need just 2 more golds to overtake Germany and go INTO third.

Not to be a downer but even though we will probably be in 3rd tomorrow other countries will no doubt overtake us and push us down to about 6th through the next week of the Olympics :(

We finished 10th in Athens, I think we're aiming for 6th in Beijing and 4th in London.
In London, as hosts, we gain automatic qualification to every event, so we're planning to send the largest team of anyone - just as China have done this year.
We're sure to secure several medals tomorrow already, just remains to be seen what they are. We know we're going to get Gold and Silver in Women's Cycling Individual Pursuit, because it's an all GB final. Also, lots of rowing and sailing tomorrow. Should be a good day, I wouldn't be too surprised to see us end the day in 3rd. I reckon we'll get atleast three golds tomorrow, if not four... the day kicks off with Paula Radcliffe in the marathon in ten minutes, covered by the BBC of course. And Habbox News. Probably :P
Other than that, Tuesday looks like a pretty good day for us. Everything else is pretty average, maybe the odd gold here and there.
We've done really well this year. In 2012 we'll be even better!
Adlington has put us on the map though :)

Marathon is over half way through. Liz Yelling and Paula Radcliffe are doing excedingly well for GBR!
Liz Yelling tripped over a barrier and has grazed all of her back! But she's still right near the front.. Paula made a bit of a pit-stop about 7 minutes ago but she caught up.
We're doing well.
I think I remember them saying that they expect us to win atleast 41 Medals in 2012

Paula Radcliffe came 23rd, but she done really well to finish. Britain's Mara Yamauchi finished 6th. :)

I believe we've just passed Germany for third, and are looking for more medals in men's cycling in the next few minutes.

We smashed our own world record in the Men's (Cycling) Team Pursuit today, which means we qualify fastest and will get either a gold or silver medal up against Denmark tomorrow. Looking good :)
Athletics is going quite well by our standards, with most of our women qualifying for the next round, and Louis Smith, 19, claims bronze for us in gymnastics.
Our golden weekend is pretty much at an end now, with us claiming eighteen medals - eight of them gold - over the last two days.
We should get a gold tomorrow, and Tuesday looks good for a handful of medals. I also reckon we could get two more golds on Thursday.
We lie 3rd out of 204 nations participating in the standings, which is an excellent end to the weekend, with a two gold medal advantange over Germany. Who knows, if we can win a few more golds over the next seven days, we could stay there.
