:( I reset my password Friday @ around 3pm.

Still, Monday, 1:20pm and still no email :(

Im locked out of my account >:( Anyone having the same prob? I hope they email me today or tommorow, I've waited ages :$

I've rest it 4 times including writing to Sulake themselves.

And I dont use hotmail ;O

Theres literally no answer for this problem as no one knows what to do. I just gotta wait, and wait, and wait and wait and wait.

The same exact thing happened to a friend of mine, its been 2-3 weeks, reset multiple times and still no email. However, to test if he could get an email from Habbo, I made a Habbo with his email and he received it. So something is deffinatly wrong with their Reset Password System

it could be in your junk email folder or habbo could be busy, habbo have never been reliable with sending emails so dont get your hopes up :eusa_eh:

If you dont use hotmail, then what DO you use?
Even if its another type of mailing system,
there will be a junk mail folder.
Just check aroud your account.

Im using AOL, which apparently rejects response..I heard theres a glitch with habbo help tho :l Hobbas just said wait. i cant change it tho, i cant even log in my account

still no account, argh, anyone know what i can do to get the process faster? ive checked junk mail & inbox and no luck at all. i heard habbo help tools glitched :l anyone tried resetting since friday afternoon and had success? or anyone in the same situation as me?
