Over the last few days i have been really concepated on the toilet. I mean, i dont hold my droppings, also (forgot what its called its a thing below your hips) seems to hurt sometimes when i go aswell.

i think i know what your on about . have you tried doctors ?? and are you on about your bowel. i briefly had this i think about a year ago for me i went to sleep one night and it just dissapeared and i was fine the next day. Doctors couldnt understand what it was. go to your doctors see what he said but hopefully it will just pass how lone have you have it for. I hade mine for about 4 weeks.
