Hey I'm trying to find Harry Potter and the phils stone but I can't find any ROM website that actually just gives it to you, any suggestions?

Do you want it on Gameboy Advance or Gameboy Colour?

You can't find it because PS1 games don't use ROMs. They use disc images and I can't seem to find a torrent of it either.

Just use a NTSC to PAL converter program, used one before.

You don't need to change regions on an emulator.
