Hmmm... I seriously think you don't need any tips: the character is great. Try to make the area where you fight against him

The right eye (his left) needs to be moved down and towards the nose a bit more. He looks like a shark with an eye on the side of the face, but I don't know whether that'd ruin his sinister facial expression.
Other than that, I really can't fault it. Technically, asphetically and innovately, it's great.
