I dont think 17 and 14 is such a big age gap but thats proberly because i was seeing a 19 year old when i was 14!

Some 14 year olds seem younger then others if u get me.
Anyway, theres no way of making a guy like u (unfortunatly!) are u close mates with him? Do u speak to him often?
Try and speak to him a bit more and see if you still like him
its proberly just infatuation! Giv him a text or something and see if he texts u back. if he does then id say u hav a chance. if he doesnt then its time for u to move on!
It may seem like the be all and end all of your life but really its not. There will be 100s of other guys who make you feel this way in the future and theyl be 100s of guys who feel this way about u :)
